Transformer & Switchgear Manufacturer in China

Talk to us directly WhatsApp +86 137 5500 7509 Contact page

Our own factory in China manufactures oil-immersed and dry-type transformers, plus switchgear, for contractors and distributors across Central Asia and Africa. Standard ratings, straightforward pricing, no tenders.

Our own manufacturing base in China

Our transformers are built at our own factory in China, Henan Wanjin Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd., in operation since 2006. The factory handles production, routine testing before shipment and warranty. DailyENS, founded in 2022 and grown out of the factory's export business, handles export quotations, contracts, documentation, shipment coordination and after-sales communication. DailyENS orders receive guaranteed production priority, with a current capacity of 300+ transformer units per month.

    Routine test report, every shipment

Every transformer ships with its factory routine test report as standard, covering the applicable routine tests for that unit — winding resistance, voltage ratio and vector group, short-circuit impedance and load loss, no-load loss and no-load current, insulation resistance, and dielectric (withstand voltage) tests.

Beyond Our Own Manufacturing Base

When your requirement falls outside our range

Our own manufacturing base comes first. When a project needs a different specification, voltage class or product category we don't directly produce, we draw on a wider network of manufacturing partners across China to provide a suitable solution. In these cases, DailyENS manages the order and stays involved in specification matching, quality verification and shipment coordination, while production is carried out independently by the partner factory. Every equipment issue is DailyENS's responsibility to resolve, whether it comes from our own manufacturing base or our wider network.

How It's Made
Transformer core lamination and copper winding in production

Silicon-steel core lamination and copper winding, produced at our own manufacturing base — the same process used for every transformer we ship, with our team directly involved in production planning and quality control at every stage.

Where We're Probably Not the Right Fit

We'd rather tell you upfront than take an order we can't properly fulfill:

Common Questions
Do you handle tender or public-procurement projects?
Not currently. Our pricing and production time are built around standard, off-tender orders. If your project requires type-test certification or formal bid documentation, we're likely not the right fit — happy to say so upfront.
What payment terms do you offer?
T/T deposit with balance before shipment, or L/C at sight. We don't currently offer open account or extended payment terms. In some markets, we may also be able to accept payment in RMB where practical and compliant with local banking arrangements — ask us about your country.
Can I get a rating that's not listed here?
Yes — most capacities and voltage combinations within our stated ranges can be produced within a similar production time. Send us your spec and we'll confirm.
Do you supply components, such as transformer cores or windings, rather than complete units?
In some cases, yes — through our manufacturing network. This isn't our primary product line, so availability and pricing depend on the specific component and volume. Email us your requirement and we'll confirm whether we can support it.
Can you also supply switchgear with the same order?
Yes — RMUs and LV panels can be quoted and shipped alongside your transformer order to consolidate freight.
What's the warranty period for transformers and switchgear?
1 year, starting 30 days after the shipment date (those 30 days cover transit). The specific warranty terms are set out in the contract. If our engineer confirms an issue is a manufacturing defect that can't be corrected on site, and it's within this warranty period, we replace the unit at no cost.
If remote support can't resolve an issue, what happens next?
We first troubleshoot remotely with your on-site team via video guidance. If the issue can't be resolved this way, DailyENS can arrange for an engineer to travel to your site. In this case, the customer covers the engineer's travel costs — flights, accommodation, local transport, meals and a field allowance. We'll confirm the details with you before arranging travel.
If a transformer needs to be replaced, is it free?
If our engineer confirms the issue is a manufacturing defect that can't be corrected on site, and the unit is still within warranty, we replace it at no cost. If the issue is due to factors outside the product itself — such as installation, operating conditions, or misuse — replacement would be a new paid order, which we'll produce and ship as quickly as possible.
