This notice explains what personal data we collect when you use dailyens.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and the rights you have. It covers the website, our quote and calculator tools, and the enquiry and partnership forms on this site.

1. Who we are (data controller)

The data controller responsible for the personal data described in this notice is:

• Registered address and registration / licence number: supplied in writing on request, and stated in our contracts, invoices and shipping documents.

2. What we collect

2.1 Information you give us in forms

• Solar quote request (Quick Quote / Full Project Quote): your name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, country, city, monthly electricity usage (kWh), your electricity price ($/kWh), whether you want battery storage, the power phase, the purpose of the system, and any notes you add.
• Transformer & switchgear quote request: your company name, name, email address, phone number, country, city, and the technical/environmental details you select or describe (product type and operating conditions).
• Partner applications (supplier / distributor / installer): company name, email address, WhatsApp or phone number, business licence or registration number, country or region, service coverage area, years in operation, team size, other brands you represent, certifications held, factory location, export markets, track record and any notes you add.
• Email: if you write to us, we hold your email address and the content of the message.

2.2 Information collected automatically when you browse

• Pages viewed and events triggered on the site (for example, which quote step you used).
• Device and browser information (browser type and version, screen size, operating system, language).
• An approximate, city-level location derived from your IP address.
• A pseudonymous identifier stored in a first-party cookie if — and only if — you accept analytics cookies.

We do not ask for and do not want special-category data (for example health, religious or political information). Please do not include it in a message to us.

3. Cookies

Essential cookies are required for the site to work and are not subject to consent. Analytics cookies are set only after you choose Accept all; if you choose Essential only (or close the banner, which is treated the same way) no analytics cookie is written and analytics storage stays denied.

You can also block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working. Your previous choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the key dailyens_privacy_consent, not on our servers.

4. Legal basis for processing

• Consent — analytics cookies and any non-essential cookie. You can withdraw consent at any time (section 9); withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
• Performance of a contract — preparing a quote you asked for, processing an order, arranging shipment and installation, and after-sales support.
• Legitimate interests — keeping the site secure and available, preventing fraud and abuse of our forms, and understanding in aggregate which pages are useful. We balance these interests against your rights and keep the data involved to a minimum.
• Legal obligation — export, customs, tax and accounting records where the law requires us to keep them.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

5. IP addresses and Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (property ID G-JRCS1TC26Y) on this site. Google acts as our data processor for this purpose.

• Your IP address is transmitted to Google so that it can derive an approximate location, but GA4 standard properties do not log or store IP addresses. They are used to derive coarse geographic data and then discarded.
• Google signals are not enabled in our property, so we do not receive advertising-related or cross-device signals from Google.
• Event-level analytics data is retained for 14 months in our GA4 property.
• If you decline analytics cookies, the analytics cookie is not set and analytics storage remains denied — no analytics data about your visit is sent.

6. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party marketing.

• Service providers acting as data processors: Google (website analytics), our email and hosting providers, and — where you ask us to arrange them — logistics and equipment suppliers involved in your order.
• Legal requirements: authorities such as customs, tax or law-enforcement bodies, where we are legally required to disclose information.
• Business transfer: if the business or a part of it is sold or reorganised, relevant records may transfer to the buyer under the same protections.

Where we use processors, they may only process your data on our instructions. Only the minimum information needed for the purpose is shared.

7. International transfers

We work with customers and suppliers worldwide, and our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including the United States and China. Where personal data is transferred out of your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards — for example the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or Google's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for the analytics data it processes on our behalf. We do not make legal promises beyond the mechanisms actually available to us; if you need details of the safeguard used for a specific transfer, ask us using the contact details in section 10.

8. How long we keep your data

• Website analytics data: 14 months in our Google Analytics 4 property, after which it is deleted automatically.
• Quote requests and enquiries: kept for as long as needed to deal with your request, and then for up to 24 months after our business relationship ends, so we can pick up a project again if you return to us.
• Orders, export, tax and accounting records: kept for as long as the applicable commercial, tax and customs law requires, even if that is longer than 24 months.
• Consent record: the record of whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies is stored in your own browser, not on our servers; you can clear it by clearing your browser storage.

9. Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you have the right to:

• Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Delete your data where there is no lawful reason for us to keep it;
• Restrict or object to our processing (including processing based on legitimate interests);
• Portability — receive data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another controller;
• Withdraw consent at any time for anything based on consent, using the Cookie settings button at the top of this page or the footer link on any page;
• Complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with enough information for us to identify you and understand the request. We answer within the period the applicable law allows, normally within one month.

10. Children, changes and contact

Children

This site is meant for business and adult users. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and we ask that children do not submit forms or personal information. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this notice

When we change how we use personal data we update this page and the version date shown at the top. Increasing the version also resets the cookie banner, so every visitor is asked to confirm their choice again under the new version. Material changes take effect when the updated notice is published.
