Where Your Transformer Is Actually Made
DailyENS's own team is embedded in day-to-day operations at this facility — directly involved in production planning and quality checks at every stage below.
Manufactured by Henan Wanjin Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. — our own transformer factory, manufacturing since 2006; DailyENS (our company, founded 2022) is its export arm.
The factory has produced at the same site, with the same team, since 2006. It has operated as Henan Wanjin Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd., registered in 2011.
Registration details are withheld; full copies are available on request.
Finished transformers staged at our manufacturing base, ready for final testing and shipment.
Insulation and winding material staged ahead of the coil-winding process.
Silicon-steel core lamination and copper winding — the same process used for every transformer we ship.
Oil-immersed transformer units on the production floor.
Dry-type transformer units under assembly.
Cast-resin coils for dry-type transformers.
Switchgear panels on the assembly line.
Our own factory runs routine testing before every shipment — winding resistance, voltage ratio, insulation resistance and dielectric withstand tests.
