What DailyENS does on a solar & storage order
DailyENS is an export and integration partner for solar and battery storage projects: we select the manufacturer, and we stay accountable for the order. On a typical project we start from your monthly consumption or load list and size the array, inverter and battery bank; we shortlist Chinese factories against your specification and your import requirements; we inspect the goods and collect the test reports before the container is loaded; we consolidate modules, inverters, batteries, mounting and balance-of-system into one shipment; we prepare the invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the certificates your customs broker asks for, and arrange ocean or road freight; and we state each item's manufacturer warranty in writing. Equipment prices exclude freight, duty and installation. Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks production plus 4–8 weeks shipping. We work across China's supply chain rather than from a fixed product line, and the free estimate on this site covers more than 50 countries.

You can appoint an independent inspection agency; the standard and the cost are agreed before we book it.

We don't publish a fixed model list: each project is matched to a factory and to what that factory is currently producing. Datasheets, test reports and certificates are issued with your firm quotation — not with the free estimate.

We read the documents behind the claim — CE, TUV, ISO 9001, IEC 61215/61730 for modules and the equivalent for inverters and batteries — and check them against the approvals your country requires before anything is quoted.

Contract signing
Once the quote service fee is paid and we move to signing the contract, you receive the certificate PDFs (with their numbers), the factory's test reports and its business licence. These documents reach you before any deposit is due. The order confirmation then states model, quantity, unit price, lead time and the warranty in years for each item, and the production schedule is set — the 50% deposit is due here. The quote service fee is credited towards the equipment contract: 70% for customers in Africa & Central Asia, 50% for customers in Europe & the Middle East.

- Your project is a tender that requires formal bid documentation or project-specific type-test certification
- You expect us to carry out the installation ourselves — we can refer vetted local installers instead
- You need open-account or extended credit terms
