Solar & Storage
How do you ensure equipment meets our country's import regulations?
We work with certified equipment that meets the technical and safety standards required in your country (CE, TUV, or local certification as applicable). Before shipment, we confirm compliance with your specific import requirements.
What's the full process from order to delivery?
We source equipment from verified Chinese manufacturers, handle export documentation, arrange ocean freight, and guide you through customs clearance. Typical timeline: 2-4 weeks production plus 4-8 weeks shipping, depending on destination.
What's the difference between Quick Quote and Professional Quote?
Quick Quote gives you an instant estimate based on your location and usage. Professional Quote includes full equipment specs, exact pricing, subsidy/loan options, shipping costs, and import duty guidance, prepared by our team within 1 week.
Can you help us find local installers?
Yes, we maintain a network of vetted local installers and distributors in your region and can provide referrals as part of your Professional Quote.
Can you configure a system for areas without grid access?
Yes, we specialize in off-grid configurations with battery storage sized for your specific load and autonomy requirements.
What technical support do you provide after my solar system is delivered?
Our team provides remote video guidance for installation, commissioning (inverter setup, grid connection parameters), and troubleshooting if an issue comes up after your system is running. If an issue can't be resolved remotely, we follow a clear escalation path: first, if DailyENS has a local distributor/installer partner in your area, they can provide on-site assistance; if not, we coordinate with the equipment manufacturer's local authorized service point where one exists; if neither is available, we ship the necessary replacement parts directly from China, with remote guidance to help you or your local electrician complete the fix. If a component is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, it's replaced at no cost. Warranty periods vary by component and manufacturer (solar panels, inverters and batteries typically carry different terms) — we'll confirm the specific warranty for your equipment as part of your quote.
Ordering & Trade Terms
Is there a minimum order quantity, and do you offer wholesale discounts?
For distributors and installers, our typical minimum order is a single 20ft or 40ft container load, but we can accommodate smaller trial orders for new partners. Wholesale pricing scales with volume — contact us with your target quantity for a tiered quote.
What payment terms and trade terms do you accept?
Standard terms are 30% deposit (T/T) with the balance before shipment, though we can discuss L/C for larger orders. We quote FOB China as standard, with CIF/DDP available on request for an additional fee.
What does your warranty and after-sales support actually cover?
Solar panels typically carry a 12-year product / 25-year performance warranty, inverters 5-10 years, and batteries 5-10 years depending on manufacturer. Our after-sales team handles warranty claims directly with the factory on your behalf, and we can coordinate replacement part shipments.
Can you produce under our own brand (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. Our partner factories support OEM (your branding on standard equipment) and ODM (custom specifications) for qualifying order volumes. Let us know your target brand requirements and quantities for a tailored quote.
How do you ship, and how long does delivery typically take?
Most orders ship by sea freight, which is the most cost-effective for solar equipment; air freight is available for urgent or smaller shipments at a premium. Sea freight transit is typically 4-8 weeks depending on destination port, plus 2-4 weeks production time for made-to-order equipment.
Do you hold stock, or is everything made to order?
We hold limited stock of our most popular panel and inverter models for faster turnaround, while batteries and larger custom systems are typically made to order. Ask us about current stock availability for your specific product interest.
Transformers & Switchgear
What's the warranty period for transformers and switchgear?
1 year from delivery. If our engineer confirms an issue is a manufacturing defect that can't be corrected on site, and it's within this warranty period, we replace the unit at no cost.
If remote support can't resolve an issue, what happens next?
We first troubleshoot remotely with your on-site team via video guidance. If the issue can't be resolved this way, DailyENS can arrange for an engineer to travel to your site. In this case, the customer covers the engineer's travel costs — flights, accommodation, local transport, meals and a field allowance. We'll confirm the details with you before arranging travel.
If a transformer needs to be replaced, is it free?
If our engineer confirms the issue is a manufacturing defect that can't be corrected on site, and the unit is still within warranty, we replace it at no cost. If the issue is due to factors outside the product itself — such as installation, operating conditions, or misuse — replacement would be a new paid order, which we'll produce and ship as quickly as possible.
Do you handle tender or public-procurement projects?
Not currently. Our pricing and production time are built around standard, off-tender orders. If your project requires project-specific type-test documentation or formal bid certification, we're likely not the right fit — happy to say so upfront.
What payment terms do you offer?
T/T deposit with balance before shipment, or L/C at sight. We don't currently offer open account or extended payment terms.
