What we can prove about the units we ship
DailyENS is the export arm of an affiliated transformer factory in China, and this page sets out what that factory can show a buyer. Its management systems are certified to ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment) and ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety), and its transformers and switchgear are manufactured to the applicable IEC/GB design and manufacturing standards. Every unit leaves the factory with a routine test report covering the applicable tests: winding resistance, voltage ratio and vector group, short-circuit impedance and load loss, no-load loss and no-load current, insulation resistance, and dielectric withstand tests. Buyers who cannot travel can request a live video walkthrough and video of the testing, or appoint an independent inspection agency with the scope and cost agreed in advance. Certificate copies are supplied to the buyer at the contract stage; numbers, issuing bodies and dates are not published on this website.

What we don't publish, and why
Certificate numbers, issuing bodies and validity dates are treated as company information and are not published on this website. Copies of the certificates and of the factory's business licence are supplied to the buyer at the contract stage.
What the routine test report covers
Every transformer ships with its factory routine test report. The tests below are the applicable routine tests for the unit ordered — the exact set depends on the type, the rating and any special requirements you specify.

| Winding resistance | Confirms winding continuity and balance between phases across the tappings. |
| Voltage ratio and vector group | Confirms the unit delivers the ratio and phase displacement you ordered, on every tap. |
| Short-circuit impedance and load loss | The impedance your protection settings depend on, and the copper losses used for loss evaluation. |
| No-load loss and no-load current | The core losses and magnetising current — the base of your no-load running cost. |
| Insulation resistance | Flags moisture, contamination or insulation damage before the unit is packed. |
| Dielectric (withstand voltage) tests | Applied-voltage and induced-voltage testing of the insulation system. |
The report travels with the shipment as standard. Project-specific type tests and witnessed testing are a separate matter — raise them at enquiry stage and we will tell you straight away whether your requirement is one we can meet.

An independent inspection agency, if you want one
You can appoint an independent inspection agency. The standard they work to and the cost are agreed before anything is booked, and the inspection happens before the container is loaded.

Orders, documents and claims all run through DailyENS. If an issue starts at the factory, resolving it is still our job, not yours.
