DailyENS is the export arm of an affiliated Chinese transformer factory. This page sets out which conformity documents buyers in Africa and Central Asia are usually asked for when they import distribution transformers and switchgear, and what we do at that point. Three markets cover most of our enquiries: Nigeria, where the SONCAP programme applies; Kenya, where pre-export verification of conformity applies; and Kazakhstan, where conformity follows Eurasian Economic Union technical regulations. Requirements depend on the product and the consignment and change over time, so the table below names each route, the authority behind it, and the documents usually requested, with a source and a verification date. Our own part is narrow: equipment is built to the design basis your project specifies, every unit ships with its routine test report, and our affiliated factory holds management systems certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. The certificate itself is issued outside our company, so the sections below show who prepares which document.

We build the equipment to the design basis your project specifies — the applicable IEC/GB design and manufacturing standards, and GOST design practice for Central Asian destinations — and every unit ships with its routine test report. We prepare the commercial documents for the order and give you the drawings, ratings and test data that whoever handles the conformity file will ask for. Where a route requires the unit to be inspected or sampled before shipment, we make it available for that inspection.
The importer of record applies for the import permission, registration or exemption that the destination market requires, and pays the fees the authority or the inspection agency charges. Those fees and the processing times are set by those bodies, not by us, so we do not quote figures for them.
The conformity certificate itself is issued by an inspection or certification body accredited for that country's rules. We can tell you which route applies and what the body will ask for, but the certificate is not ours to issue.
Certificate copies and the factory's business licence are supplied to the buyer at the contract stage. Certificate numbers, issuing bodies and validity dates are not published on this website.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and understand which pages are useful. Google acts as a data processor for us. Your IP address is transmitted to Google so it can derive an approximate location, but GA4 standard properties do not log or store IP addresses. Google signals are not enabled. Event-level data is kept for 14 months in our GA4 property. If you decline analytics cookies, the analytics cookie is not written and analytics storage stays denied.
